Payroll Services


If you have a small number of employees and find the overhead of calculating PAYE and NI too great, or are about to take on your first employee and find the literature provided by HMRC daunting, then let us do your payroll for you.

We can provide monthly or weekly payroll at competative prices. Our prices start at £2 per payslip.

Setup

Provide us with details of your employees; name, address, NI number, pay rates etc and we will enter them into our payroll software.

Weekly / Monthly

Give us details of the hours worked and any additional payments and we will calculate PAYE and NI deductions, prepare individual payslips, a report saying how much to pay each employee and a summary report showing the totals of NI, PAYE etc for the payroll period.

Year End

We will provide you with the totals for the year and can make your online return to HMRC if required.

From 2010, all employers will be required to file their end of year returns online. We can help you achieve this now, and qualify for a tax free incentive of £75 from HMRC if you file on-line for year 2008-9.
