Charity 1

This charity wanted to implement Sage 50 Accounts to improve the control of their accounts. BAS worked with the client and their accountant to configure Sage to meet their needs using the special charity functionality provided by Sage, including:
  • managing Restricted and Unrestricted funds
  • producing the Statement of Financial Affairs (SOFA) report
  • providing reports on Gift Aid donations
BAS trained the admin staff in Sage and the training material used is now a helpful guide to their use of the system.

BAS now provide Sage support for the charities' admin staff and also provide them with a payroll service.

Charity 2

This charity already used Sage 50 Accounts, but it had evolved over the years and needed a review. BAS reviewed the reporting needs, created a new chart of accounts and modified the existing reports. Now they are back on track with timely monthly reports that they can rely on.

BAS now provide the client with on-going bookeeping services for one day per week.
